From November 2016 to January 2017, The Land Transport Authority will be issuing fewer Certificates of Entitlement (COEs). The total quota for next 3 months is 24,234 or around 4,039 per bid for all categories.

The reduction in COEs quota will increase COEs prices slightly and we do not think the 7% drop of CEOs issued in the coming months will affect the price drastically.
