Sales Manager (New Car Division)

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of the company’s product(s).
• Prepare and manage sales budget and monthly sales forecasts.
• Provide sales training to the sales team in order to better achieve targets.
• Co-ordinate with Marketing team on strategic efforts to achieve sales objectives.
• Research on industry’s pricing landscape to assist in company’s pricing policies.
• Manage customer relations.
• Ensuring operational readiness during road shows and at showroom.
• As a Manager, you will provide leadership and motivation to your team to ensure they meet targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ‘A’ level qualifications
• Tertiary education preferred (Degree or Diploma)
• Candidate must be mature and self motivated
• Applicant should be Singaporean or PR.
• Min 5 year sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Young, Energetic, Pleasant looking, Outgoing personality.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin with good conversational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good leadership quality.
• With a passion in car will be added advantage.
• Results driven with natural leadership capabilities.

Candidate who possess skills as shown below will be preferred

• With 5 years experience in car industry and 3 years in supervisory post.
• With at least 4 years of continental sales experience & 2 years in exotic cars sales experience.
• With wide customer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To promote and sell company’s products & services and meeting of sales target.
• Provide quality serve to walk-in customers at both showroom and road shows.
• Provide after sales service.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ level qualifications.
• Have a minimum of 2-year proven sales success (automotive, insurance, property or luxury products).
• Have a strong knowledge of and interest in cars.
• Young, Energetic, Pleasant looking, Outgoing personality.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin with good conversational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work as a team.
