Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums dipped across all categories on Thursday (Aug 23) in August second round of bidding.

The COE premium for Cat A fell by 5.3% from $33,798 to $31,997, premium for Cat B fell by 5.7% from $34,381 to $32,429, premium for Cat C fell by 1.6% from $30,389 to $29,902 and premium for Cat E fell by 3.3% from $33,420 to $32,311.
As the demand for cars is considered healthy and stable, premiums are likely to remain at around this level for some time. However, there is no guarantee if COE will fall or increase in the next round. If you are interested to buy a car, act fast while COE is low.
