Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced new public car park charges in June. An increase in parking charge of $0.50 to $0.60 per half hour for regular short-term parking and $1.00 to $1.20 per half hour for restricted zone/designed area. These revised car parking charges in Singapore will be effective from December 1.

Unused old parking coupons can be exchanged by topping up the difference in value. Motorists can do so at HDB Branches/Service Centres, the URA Centre and participating petrol stations.
